Jillian Kemp

Jillian Kemp currently works for the North Andover VFW. As a disabled veteran herself who was deployed to Iraq twice, her work is close to her heart.

 

Jillian is a servant in every essence of the word. She goes beyond just her role by maintaining the Veterans Mobile Food Bank, assisting the town in adopting several warrant articles for veterans, running 7 Veterans and Memorial Day ceremonies, coordinating the refurbishment of North Andover’s Vietnam Memorial, and volunteering on the Veteran commission in Middleton to help plan events to name a few.

 

On Wednesday, November 8th, a few days before Veteran’s Day, Chick-fil-A and The Greg Hill Foundation awarded Jillian a Chick-fil-A prize pack with Chick-fil-A for the year and $3,500 to Ironstone Farms. Jillian works for the North Andover VFW and often sends veterans to Ironstone Farms for veteran equestrian therapy programs. The amount covers the costs of 4 veterans for 3 months of weekly equestrian therapy lessons.
